Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated according to the destination and will be shown at checkout once you have entered your shipping information.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@adnastudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging. Bags must be returned inside their original box, together with all original packaging and accessories, and the box itself must be returned in its original condition.

Items that have been used, damaged, altered or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the return and process the refund to the original payment method.
